The Colored Pencil Society of America is an international group of artists interested in promoting colored pencil as a fine art medium.  Phoenix Chapter 212 is one of 22 chapters across the country offering artists workshops, camaraderie, and an opportunity for exhibiting their work.  Coloring Outside the Lines is an exhibit that shows many of the diverse and exciting ways that colored pencil can be used in fine art.
