WEST VALLEY ART MUSEUM SPANS THE GLOBE
WITH SPECIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS’ EXHIBIT

Twenty-two photographers with images taken in 16 countries are featured in
a special 30th Anniversary Exhibit of the non-profit Arizona based
organization Through Each Other’s Eyes. West Valley Art Museum is
pleased to host this unique show of outstanding photography representing
the people and cultures from around the world. Notable photographers from
Arizona journey periodically to selected countries and, in turn, photographers
from those lands travel to our State to pursue similar photography
opportunities.

Also, on view are several costumes from the West Valley Art Museum
permanent collection of global textiles and ethnic dress.
In connection with this exhibit there will be a presentation Thursday
afternoon, November 15 at 4:00 pm by photographer Kerrick James. The
program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments provided.
The WVAM Art Gallery is located on the first floor of Peoria City Hall at 8401
West Monroe Street, Peoria. The current exhibit will continue on view
through December 13. Regular Gallery hours are Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday 10 am to 4 pm, Thursday from noon to 6 pm or call for group
